Diese private Seite dient der Verwaltung der Anmeldungen zu unserem „Tangosommer“.
Wir haben ein Formular für teilnehmende Paare und eins für Singles bereitgestellt. Bitte tragt dort eure Daten ein und schickt es ab (unterster Knopf im Formular).
Die Formulare sind auch über das Menü erreichbar.
Nachdem wir die Anmeldung erhalten haben, bekommt ihr erst mal eine automatische E-Mail (aber nur, wenn ihr die richtige E-Mail Adresse eingetragen habt!). Wenn wir die Anmeldung verarbeitet haben, und das kann ein paar Tage dauern, bekommt ihr eine Bestätigung mit Angaben zur Zahlung der Vorkasse.
Der Saal des Schützenhauses ist begrenzt, so dass wir ab einer gewissen Anzahl von Anmeldungen eine Warteliste starten müssen. Bei starkem Übergewicht einer Rolle gilt dies ebenfalls. Darüber bekommt ihr auch eine Information. Wenn ihr auf der Warteliste seid, bekommt ihr unaufgefordert eine Bestätigung, sobald ein Platz frei wird. Ungefähr eine Woche vor Beginn sagen wir allen, die noch auf der Warteliste sind, ab.
Solltet ihr angemeldet sein, und eure Pläne ändern sich, sagt bitte per E-Mail an tangosommerwi@gmail.com ab! Die Wartenden auf der Liste werden euch dankbar sein!

We have prepared a form for couples registering together and one for singles. Please fill out, select your preferences, and submit.
The forms can also be accessed via the menu.
After receiving the registration you will first get an automatic email (but only when you have entered the correct email address!). After processing your registration (this may take a few days) you will get a confirmation with payment information.
The dancing hall has limited capacity. Thus we have to start a waiting list after a certain number of registrations. The same applies if one role is strongly overrepresented. If you are on the waiting list, you get an information as well. When an additional place becomes available, you will receive a confirmation. Roughly one week before the event we will send cancellation emails to the waiting list.
If you are confirmed and you change your plans, please inform us at tangosommerwi@gmail.com. The people on the waiting list will be grateful!
